1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return: • The item must be unused and in its original condition • It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached • You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase Items NOT eligible for return include: • Perishable goods (food, flowers) • Digital downloads • Customized or personalized items • Intimate or sanitary goods • Hazardous materials
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return: 1. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders" 2. Select the order and item you wish to return 3. Choose a reason for the return and submit the request 4. Our team will review and approve the return within 24–48 hours 5. A pickup will be scheduled or you'll receive a return shipping label Alternatively, contact us at support@cartwings.com with your order code and reason for return.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refund methods: • Original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking): 5–7 business days • Wallet credit: Instant after approval • Cash on Delivery orders: Bank transfer within 7 business days (bank details required) You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Exchanges
We currently only process exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. For a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
6. Seller-Specific Policies
For items sold by third-party sellers on our platform, the seller's return policy may apply. Seller-specific policies are displayed on the product page. CartWings mediates all disputes between buyers and sellers.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges, which will be deducted from the refund amount unless stated otherwise.
