All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to: • Limit quantities available for purchase • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion • Correct any errors in pricing or product information An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; we may cancel orders for reasons including stock unavailability or suspected fraud.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery for eligible orders. Payment is due at the time of order placement.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. CartWings is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details on returns and refunds. Generally, items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition. Customized or perishable items are not eligible for return.

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of CartWings or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
CartWings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
